After really digging in and performing some self education I’m ready to take the plunge into real estate investing.I’m interested in meet & greets or networking groups in South Florida that are friendly to real estate newbies.

I would strongly recommend finding a partner or mentor through this before taking the plunge on anything bigger than a duplex.

However, I can't make the decision to take the plunge so I would like to hear from you and find out more about your experience with them. 

This forum is a primary factor that led to me finally taking the plunge - which leads me to my first problem that I am asking assistance / advice on…Our first investment is sort of a house hack where we will rent out our current home so I can use my VA to move into the next one with plans of repeating this in 12-24 months.

I recently took the plunge with out of state investing.  

Eventually, I'll take the plunge with a property.
