I was planning to get VR property in the Kona area around the time I wrote the initial message in this thread... and I really should have followed my gut and gone for it... but I was worried about the logistics of managing it efficiently while still continuing to live and work in the mainland, for now- so I didn't buy.. after which I did observe the huge hike in pricing.

Aside from our conversation, and for the sake of adding to this thread, it is my understanding (from our clients and internet articles) that Home Union charges a minimum 1 percent "asset-management fee".It's something I've never understood because the logistics are quite simple and the services that should be provided should be part of their value add.We've never charged our investors a fee, and never will.Continued success!

Long term employees performing fairly repetitive tasks in the same environment over and over again... materials shipped to the same place means less logistical nightmare to contend with.Cars are also a lot less of a team sport.
