So thought of checking with others on this forum if anyone else has invested in the Realtyshares "New Jersey Multifamily Fund" and planning to do something about it.

I have a question for anyone familiar with first time home buyer laws in New Jersey.

If you have a property in New York, Ohio, New Jersey, you would need to file a return for each state.

If it helps, I was looking in South Jersey or Philly area, Baltimore, or further west into PA or OH.- M

I have yet to see a multi family property, whether that be in Hoboken, Astoria, Brooklyn, Jersey City, or even any parts in Queens, that come any where close to providing 10% Cash on cash return, after taking into account all necessary expenses.

I grew up in southern New Jersey but have spent a decent amount of time in different areas and climates of the country.
