Do not figure deals in summary do all Diect and indirect expenses.I am 59 years old and I found BP about 6 months ago and I am still trying to decide what to do.

This may be relevant only to the Northeast where hot water boilers for heating are common, but if you have a "cold start" boiler in the home, getting rid of the hot water heating tank and using an indirect heat exchanger tank that's a zone off the boiler makes a lot of sense.

This is a good strategy.http://www.dallas-ecodev.org/We have a 320 unit apt community in north Dallas that we are in a capital raise right now and although not the most important factor for why we are selecting this market / project, having Toyota building / relocating it North American headquarters 10m away is a catalyst for direct 4,500 jobs / 1,000 indirect jobs in the area and is something that definitely is a positive to the deal.

The LLC brought property for $100,000 and it depreciated the property by $20,000.You both now have a property with $100,000 and $20,000 of accumulated depreciation($80,000 of adjusted basis). each of you would indirectly own $40,000 of adjusted basis.

.—(1) A landlord of any dwelling unit governed by this part shall not cause, directly or indirectly, the termination or interruption of any utility service furnished the tenant, including, but not limited to, water, heat, light, electricity, gas, elevator, garbage collection, or refrigeration, whether or not the utility service is under the control of, or payment is made by, the landlord.It also says tenant can sue for 3 months' rent and attorney fees, or something similar.

Even if they arent', you would just amend your Operating Agreement.This all being said, remember that LLC's do incur various direct and indirect costs.
