Gametime! Army Veteran and a Hokie from Richmond, VA

Hello BP,

One of my Army buddies turned me on to BP over a year ago. I have been studying and digesting information ever since. Currently I have a rental property and my own house ("rehab") I am hoping to house hack the walk out basement. I am looking for my next deal and opportunity. 

I would like to start networking with people in the area. Get advise. Meet some buyers and sellers. And start building a business. I have always loved real estate and finally in a position to move forward. It is an interesting business. The people on BP or people involved in RE always seem willing to help even in direct competition. 

I would love to hear from other veterans in the business and any advice they might have.

I look forward to working with you guys on BP to start building my business.
