Transfer taxes from business to personal.

Has anyone transferred their property from their business to their name? If so what are tax consequences?

I've transferred through a title company most of the time, but sometimes just recorded a deed myself, with an attorney's help.  Regardless of how you transfer the property, the "reset" period, if there is one, will be up to the bank you are working with.  You may just want to ask them about it first, but typically, if you are 100% owner of the property, there should not be a reset.
