Could someone walk me through a BRRRR they have done before?? I am knowledgeable in the construction industry ...

No mailer or letter is large and credible enough to hose your reviews, explanation how it works, videos that show your character etc. etc..

The city of Destin has some geographical and occupancy limitations.

Here’s an explanation, @Evan C.Most private/hard money lenders will only make business purpose loans and leave consumer purpose loans to the conventional lenders (BofA, Lending Tree, etc.).Dodd-Frank presumes that real estate loans made to an LLC are for a business purpose.

It looks like there is a fairly wide range of geographical range one could invest in a rental home, from Poulsbo to Bremerton - with the Naval facilities dispersed throughout the area.

More passive, move out of California, diversify geographically more, etc.

Did you try to fight that at all or get an explanation?
