There can be a lot of turns and twists, which you need to know how to handle in advance, different strategies depending on the number and type of liens and who the Servicer and investor are, etc,etc.  

Don't twist your numbers to just make a deal work though!!

In my limited experience, each bank has a different twist to the more generic "rent rolls" report.

I cant' share all of my secrets :) but sometimes in the beginning if I was slow with nothing in the pipeline I would cold call with a twist.

Yes, he had LIVE exposed wires twisted together with no plastic cap hanging in his shower for years.
