Hi @rod Stanback,I'm going to plan several trips over to PA in the next few weeks.

Bad idea, they are harder to clean, and when broken impossible to repair.I have also done drapery rods and brackets only, and leave the actual curtains to the tenants. 

But anyway, they found some minor things (no smoke detectors in stairway, loose floor board, one of the wooden rods on the porch was broken.
