Wanted more detailed drawings and elevation plans.Corp of Engineers-  Concerns- Aquatic plants, Brown Bats, Stream impact, Pond impact, Indian locations. 

Lincoln park and old town low rise buildings can work too but it has to be the low rise non elevator type to keep assessments low.

I'd advise staying away from the larger complexes (anywhere will and elevator or a lobby), look for 2/3/4 unit properties.
