If this is something you absolutely love, why waste 4 years of precious time just to come out with tons of debt and a piece of paper?

This is a website full of business people, and these people are not going to offer their help unless you can provide value to them, and so if they spend their precious time instead of buy houses to make more money but to help you to become a skillful investor, everything they get from you is probably going to be a few words like "thank you" or "thank you so much", but else what?

Why would I put excess share of my precious capital in a mortgage to save 4% APR, when I could buy another rental and earn way more?

On top of all that they're less stressful to own and take up less of my precious time.

People here have a misunderstanding about offers being required to be presented.If I am the agent for the owner of the home, and I get an offer from a party wishing to purchase the house, I am obligated by law to present this offer to my client who is the owner of the home.I am under no obligation however, to spend my precious time writing up offers on behalf of a client who is looking to buy a house if I don't feel that the offer is worthy.

I felt like I was wasting precious time, sitting in class when I could be out learning about life and making money.
