Albuquerque is a neat town, visited many times for holidays as my sister's family lived there, and really like Santa Fe.

My sister called me yesterday because the owners of her apartment complex sold the property and she's wondering can the new owners evict her or do they have to comply with the rental lease that is already in place with the old owners.
