New investor friendly Realtor in Los Angeles area

Hello BP,

I got my real estate license a month ago and I'm a Realtor with Keller Williams in Burbank. I've been investing for many years and I decided to get my real estate license to have access to MLS and be able to help other investors in the area (Glendale, Burbank, SF valley, and surrounding cities) to buy properties.

I’m a buy and hold investor and I like house hacking strategy.

Hey, @Ciprian L.thanks for the post. I'm in Glendale/Eagle Rock so we are practically neighbors. My wife and I are real estate wholesalers and we love working with investor friendly realtors. We get many deals on our own using our direct marketing methods so we'd love to work with you if you have cash buyers in your clientele. Also, if you are privy to some deals, we'd like to find ways to buy properties with you representing us as well. There are actually man ways we can work together so let's get in touch! PM or colleague add me if you're interested in speaking about this further.

Best,

Fred
