As far as getting everybody in a tizzy goes, I will chance offending my fellow Realtors by comparing many of them to a flock of shore birds zig zagging down the beach, only knowing that they are following their leader as he promotes the latest buzz words.

The rules do intend to promote posting even when you don't have much to contribute just to run up your score so you can access certain areas of interest.biggerpo, I felt like I was being accused of something, and frankly I didn't like it.

They are used by people in many other states, however, if it is not legally recognized by that state, why consider it.Jon, many gurus and the like promote land trusts claiming the privacy benefits, tax savings, etc (just to name a few).
