Pierce county has a program called Solveit which mandates mediation before eviction.

Always stay away from verbiage such as "Investments" that could attract attention for potential lawsuits, pierce the veil,...After doing north of 20 it has changed in my view.

It will probably lead to conversations about "piercing the veil" (the veil is your company and whether or not people can sue you). 

This is advantageous as the LLCs will protect your personal assets from being "pierced" and you will keep everything separate from your personal insurance portfolio - it's a lot cleaner this way and easier on your accountant (CPA) as well! 

I have this confidence because my assets are covered and I will have a heavy weight in my corner on any legal suit (his case is also weak).A benefit of an umbrella policy is there is not the constraints that apply to LLC and other such entities that could allow the protection to be pierced. 

Be careful not to pierce the corporate veil.
