My purpose is to hire recently released felons (drug offenses) and give them a chance to support themselves and their families, while also gaining relevant skills.

I won't deal with someone with violent offenses or things you have to register with the state for but I have dealt successfully with others that have misdemeanors etc.

So when looking at the crime maps you look at violent versus non violent offenses.

I would also recommend staying north of Eldorado drive as there is a lot of competition right below there and I get the feeling those neighborhoods are going be kind of junky in the future (no offense).

i was thikning about offering them 500 bucks to keep quiet and clean for a month or 2 until the place sells, and pay them when the house sells...would yall consider that rude or offensive??
