Squatter in La Marque Texas

Hey Guys

I have this lady that has not paid rent and is not planned on leaving.  We have a court hearing on the 12th of this month, but I really want to trip her breaker and put a lock on the panel.  I know this is not the right thing to do, but I'm not the nicest guy and would get a kick out of it.  Any one done this before and does anyone know the local laws in this area for squatters that are not in a current contract.

Godspeed

@Granville L.:  Hello - It looks like you are in my neighborhood.  I am currently considering La Marque and Texas City for rentals.  I remember @Brandon Turner saying in many podcasts that he does cash for keys to get people to leave.  Sounds like it might be a win-win situation and would be more expedient than court possibly.   I'm new to this myself and have had a lot of set-backs with lining up my network and refinancing my own home for capital and removing escrow.  Unfortunately, I am not a landlord yet.

Good luck!
