I do agree most wholesalers do not have a clue of what they are doing but what industry doesn't have a weak link.Carelessness, misunderstandings, and the inability to recognize and act on a good idea, creates opportunity for the next man.

Just don't deceive them.......ruining a relationship over money is the last thing you want to do so put everything in writing so there are no misunderstandings.

@Amy Ranae I might misunderstand what your asking, and I don't think these are Cardone's handywork, but have you considered the "50% Rule," or the "1% Rule" that we see often on BP?  

Cash is dangerous and leads to misunderstandings.

I don't think I could have prevented that misunderstanding, so wasted appointments are going to happen.
