Hello everyone so im trying to fully understand how a cash out refinance works, so i have a property that i owe 334k, and i recently appraised it and the appraisal came back at 505k, its an investment property, I originally thought i could be able to pull 70% of the loan to value, which i believe id roughly about 117k if im not mistaken can someone tell me is this accurate if not could anyone explain it to me please i greatly appreciate it, thanks guys

A couple months ago, a property manager I was using for one of my rentals filed an eviction and mistakenly dismissed it even though the tenant had not paid up all the missing rent.

And then an energy crises hits the United States 5 years later and the cost to heat or cool our homes triples... so me being from California and mistakenly moving to Oklahoma so I could have 4 seasons instead of just Blazing Hot and Slippery Wet I need to always have either the heater or the air conditioner (the humidity in Oklahoma is so bad fish hitch hike between ponds)  before I FINALLY get to move to Florida and get on those awesome "Florida Resident Only" discounted cruises.

If believe your criteria for purchases will be the same in 20 years as it is now, you are mistaken or lying to yourself.
