Hello eveyone,     so I have looked a countless properties and have a list of five I like.

We are looking at close to $15,000 for a new roof, all new flooring and paint inside and countless small repairs.

I would rather be in the uncomfortable position you are in now that requires a great deal of faith to pursue your dreams, versus the alternative of maintaining a stable J-O-B for countless years with the illusion of security.

Oh, and BTW, between owning and operating a heating business and doing countless bath and kitchen remodels, there isnt a thing the plumber knows and can do that I dont know and can do as well and as fast.
