I was very inspired by the idea of wholesaling, which was talked about in the podcast with Shawn  Holsapple.

I have found the podcasts to be inspiring and informative as well.The forums are great for specific questions, just be sure to search because a lot of general questions have been asked and answered multiple times.The meetups are great for networking as well.Happy investing.
