We pay it no problem and have our closing costs no problem but the issue we have is the collections agencies deleting the accounts and getting our credit up there before our new closing date on the 30th that the sellers did not want to do but so kindly did!!!

Most of the homes are Listed exclusive meaning they only go up for auction to owner occupants, nonprofits, or government agencies.

In KCMO, every housing agency (a few of them) warned my property manager that response will be slow, mostly due to the fact that they are all working from home, not coming to the office and many with limited capability working from home.

This guy quoted here seems to suggest fire sale but then I look him up and it appears he owns a 72 hour sale real estate agency so I assume he wants people thinking there are fire sales going on!? 

Most agents these days in Florida seem to work for large agencies that are compartmentalized, so rarely do the agents know anything about the properties they are showing you.

I'm also wondering if there is a private company or another government agency that might have this info.

Each credit pull tends to adversely effect your credit score with reporting agencies.
