Multi-Unit Loans considering the corona virus

Are there lending insitutions still doing loans for multi-unit properties ($250,000 & above). Most banks seem to be at at a standstill with the coronavirus.

@Rick Mills I am a commercial (5+ units, >$1M loan) Fannie/Freddie lender and we are still lending.  As @Charles Seaman noted, terms are a bit more conservative but we are still getting deals done.
