We found a property that we are interested in acquiring but we are hesitant because the floors are sloped and weak in some areas of the house.

The ultimate goal would be to acquire or flip, but inevitably circumstances will likely end up presenting themselves as opportunities to either wholesale or list properties as an agent.

The furnace is in a hallway closet upstairs and my property manager said usually the vents closest to the furnace will get the most air.I just acquired another house also built in the early 80's and same thing, upstairs gets all the heat while downstairs is a bit cooler.  

To find the deals you should look to where there are many flips going on in the same area, and then figure out in those areas how people are acquiring those properties.

This means you must acquire the replacement property under the same legal entity that was the seller of the relinquished property.
