I recommend doing ACH withdrawals but we accept Chase QuickPay and Zelle payments.To me I don't see the big deal about trying to remain anonymous as the owner.

I get all documents in order including leases signed then I ACH the funds from their account - this works for me.

Most deposit checks in a lock box, some do ACH and some mail them.

I give my tenants the account number and they can deposit in the local bank OR they have to use ACH from my management software.  

The couple $1000 you might spend on a good home inspection will save you tens of thousands in head-aches and repairs.Once you purchase a home you can start adding a general contractor, rental management company, etc to your team.Basically, the money is in the phone. 

You can fund the account just like you would any account, cash, check, wire, ACH, etc.Probably more important is maintaining good accounting. 

Their duty is to their customer.I use ACH, checks, money orders, and cash for my payments. 

Yes - what is odd is they state I will receive via ACH, however there is no where in my profile for where to transfer to and I was not prompted to enter.
