If Nova chemicals does go through with the expansion of a second  polyethylene plant the opportunities for executive rentals will be outstanding. 

I had someone trash the stuff that I couldn't donate from the apartment and I vacuumed it afterward and everything.Followed the landlord’s instructions and officially ‘handed’ in the key on Mar 26th.

I'm up in Venice, but have a couple friends in Corona del Mar and I absolutely love that area. 

So I turned to Zillow ( *sigh ) which lists; Home in default Feb 11 2014 Foreclosure auction, $191,000 Unpaid balance Feb 25 2014 The lender, BofA, has assumed this property during foreclosure proceedings Mar 5 2014 Listed by bank for $157,000 So to my untrained eye, it looks like an REO.

I am looking at a 4plex for sale in Phoenix AZ and the agent selling recommended 2 lenders to me to look at; nova home loans, and and lender named Derek Rohrbeck.

I lived in Bow Mar south, littleton for one LONG year.

Still learning the different areas of NOVA, but always excited to get out there and explore the opportunities
