Do you recommend these lenders???

I am looking at a 4plex for sale in Phoenix AZ and the agent selling recommended 2 lenders to me to look at; nova home loans, and and lender named Derek Rohrbeck. I am wondering if anyone here on bigger pockets has experience with either of these lenders; if so, what was your experience and would you recommend them? If not who would you use or recommend? I am looking for options and would like to come to the best possible option. This would be my first investment property and I would like to use more wisdom from pros than learn from avoidable mistakes.
