However, my third unit is a freshly renovated condo, with a ton of amenities.

My thoughts are brand new should give a little piece of mind on any Cap Ex.

I'd recommend going to your local KW brand and seeing if you can work something out with them.

We chuckled at that when we were brand new, but the reality is that he's right more often than not.
