Hi BiggerPockets Community!  

I am a brand new investor and new to this community! My business partner and I have been doing research for months and analyzing properties on the calculators! We finally went out and "did something" and came back with an interesting opportunity. We were interested in living in this property and using an FHA loan, but we were also interested in how we could approach the owner about owner financing and how to structure those types of deals. Thanks!
