Khaled Majouji 2 new subway stations and downtown next to me

The direct subway stations areas haven"t changed much but the city has put forward a plan to stimulate construction of some 900 units at one of the stations, and the other one has about 700 units wich will be developped next yearNow the city is starting to build a new City of Knowledge" wich is basically going to be University campuses and Education facilities for a few blocks, and all that is beeing built about 500 meters from my building.
Jason Schmidt can someone please explain this 50% rule to me?

I evict all the crackers, clean up the property and find good tenants, which turns around the property (and often the entire block).Of course he has high operating expense ratios.

If it is pretty much consistantly ratty looking, if over half the homes on a block are kind of yuck and the rest are not too great (Hope my adjectives make sense).

Bush has not objected when the big firms and rich executives of Wall Street have been on the receiving end of federal assistance, but now he is threatening to block a measure to aid hard-hit neighborhoods filled with ordinary Americans.I think its an ugly situation that these two entities have been structured so any rewards go to the shareholders and especially executives and risks get moved to the taxpayers.
