That said, the course was full of grammatical errors to the point that I sometimes had to re-read a paragraph multiple times.

(It's been over a year now and I should go back and re-read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and some of his other books.)  

I think he though he was doing us a favor (because we will have to pay all commissions if we move forward with the deal-reread my last post)We are getting a building inspection and I plan on talking to each of the tenants individually to confirm what they pay on rent and the terms of their contract.

I’d re-read the contract to confirm what rights you have, and then have the phone call with him that it was supposed to be completed a month ago, it still isn't completed and that you're going to get someone else, unfortunately you just need to be blunt about it.

As to @Ned Carey noting that it's a terrible time to be investing in MF, I'm going to re-read his view, and note that Brian Burke agreed with most of it, but I don't know if it's warranted to sit on the sidelines, even at this time.
