New Member from Long Beach/Pasadena, CA

Hello BP! Jason Kim Kudo here, an Estates Agent with The Durkovic Group and Dilbeck Estates which has affiliations with Christies International Real Estate, Luxury Portfolio International, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. I currently live in Long Beach, CA and our office is located in Pasadena, CA. Yes, it's a long drive to and from work but the BiggerPockets podcast makes the drive bearable. We, at the Durkovic Group, have served clients from Thousand Oaks to Chino Hills but the majority of our business comes from Pasadena and La Cañada Flintridge. Before I got into real estate, I was teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to children ages 3.5-15 years old and I am also a classically trained singer.

With that established, I started listening to the BiggerPockets podcast about two months ago and am currently on Show 61. As a classically trained singer, I must say every time I hear the "Quiiiiick Tp!" it makes me want to face-palm but I am loving the education I am receiving with each progressive show I listen to. I am sure the "quick tip" thing will be sorted out like the Fire Round and Famous 4 as I progress through the shows. :)

My short-term goal is to start investing in buy and hold properties and build a nice portfolio of passive income.

My medium-term goal is to become a go-to agent for investors and developers and BiggerPockets is helping me receive the education to get there.

One long-term goal is to be a guest on the BiggerPockets podcast!!!

I want to thank BiggerPockets and all of it's active members for providing a such a wonderful space to learn, grow, and connect with other like-minded, driven people.

Welcome. You are part of one of the groups in Pasadena that I respect and admire the most. Tim is amazing and @Scott Winnie is an awesome guy as well (I think he's still with Tims group) and has similar goals as you do to my knowledge. Either way, welcome. Sorry your drive is long, but you are under a great tutor and team. Cool thing you guys both have the love for music in common.
