Again, if WS moved based upon Fundamentals, the movements would be near to nothing until reports come out and than would move in incremental movement to that report.

I do think they are are going to become the dominant player in the ibuyer movement where investors are purchasing homes via an MLS type of vehicle and mostly sight unseen.  

I am an agent in the Charlotte area and my company works with movement bank a lot.

Read the fine print in the foundation repair contract: Damages to the property, interior and exterior as a result of the foundation movement are not covered, during and after works completion.

There was no major movement or settlementobserved.

Start and just keep pushing- If you get some movement do it again.

Hi @Brandy Phillip,The LLC hype is in no small part driven by folks that generate fees by helping people establish LLCs, just like my industry hyped up perpetual cash out refinances in 2004-2007 (minus the bubble).

Not sure about others but I've always had great experience with Movement Mortgage.
