I am what I would consider a novice investor, as I don't know what 'notes' are or building a network means other than meeting people that help each other reach a goal.

Hey gang, novice investor here looking to gain some wisdom.As I understand it, Tax Liens pretty much take priority over ALL other liens a property may have against it EXCEPT for IRS liens.

This is where most novice investors get burned.

The vast majority of wholesale deals I have seen recently have been from novice wholesalers that do not understand reno costs and ARVs. 

I foolishly concern myself with the novice reading such who thinks "huh, yeah, that seems a good idea"..... 

But now, today, we have noobs galore taking a snippet of info and assuming an entire narrative from it, empowered by novice agents galore with experience measured in weeks or months.
