As a house flipper, would it be an ideal goal to vertically integrate my business at some point?

Putting money down doesn't make you a better investor with greater integrity.

Not saying that all investors are not (wink wink), but I'm looking to learn from someone with high integrity standards that believes in doing things the right way and does not cut corners. 

Confidentiality and integrity are part of my business principals.

I aspire to be a business person with integrity like Marcia Maynard of Show 83 on BiggerPockets.

All include the IDX, SEO, Social Media tips, Blogging, Support and so on...Are they really worth it?  

My background is in any customer facing business, particularly restaurants (yes I am a people person and can BS with the best), however I am also great with technology particularly social media (Twitter, Facebook and facebook ads).  

I work on two vital principles to success which are honesty and integrity.

For my house, my property manager lets me know the details of the animal, breed,  sex, and size, then I make the decision whether or not to rent to them.I think the bigger issue is the integrity of the tenants.
