Do any of you guys have a better way I should file my 2016 taxes to look more "legit" to a bank that will make getting a mortgage easier as soon as filing?

This will sure be interesting to watch as it essentially gives the platform the ability to invest in deals without people choosing each deal.

There are a number of people who fund these types of buys that are legit including some of the better known people on here.

Point well taken… but there is more to consider.I agree that Excel is the ideal platform for analyzing and projecting income-property performance.

I will tell you though, that I'm moving over to Fund That Flip or another crowdsourcing platform.

I have been on this platform for a few years now and have made some good connections here.

Considering I'm a licensed agent in PA (although my license is currently in escrow) I'd like to be as legit as possible!

Been working on a similar platform to Lead Propeller but more on the agent side, so I've been thinking about all this a lot lately.
