Most people that I have encountered that are not into real estate investment worry about toilets and trash etc. that's one of the reasons why they claim they don't get into it.

I am a little sticker shocked today....to say the least.

Would love to know if you were able to stick with your 6 week timeline and what surprises you encountered.

I would email or call the software vendor back and tell specifically what you are encountering.

I just recently had an air conditioner condenser unit replaced in June in my California duplex.The bill was for $2200 for a 3 ton with r-22 Freon.The second unit just went out and now I am quoted $2800 for 14 seer 31/...

Have any other wholesaler buy / sell operations encountered this ?  

Hey BP need your help...Just encountered an issue that has me stumped. 

This is what I am encountering, in the current Mortgage Industry.

I am fine walking away from this property but since it is my first encounter with a potential seller I'm going to get over some of the first-time jitters and try explaining sub2, practice my professionalism & negotiating, and try exuding confidence during the encounter.  

According to the clerk of courts the BK was in 2007.The property had a Chase bank sticker on it saying it was being maintained by Chase.
