all these things are fine and dandy great forms of marketing. seminars, SEO,direct mail, ppc etc. but how many deals do you plan on doing per month Seminars are an awesome form of marketing for your local market A great way to find out who the players are in your local market...definitely wouldn't recommend flying all over the country for seminars though

No not tomorrowm not next week, no now.Work on SEO...So 2 things to have a successful website.SEO, and Conversion.SEO is anything that will have your site rank high on google.Conversion is anything you put on said website to convince people you are Da MAN!!

I mix it up some low end and some high end along with my monthly PPC and SEO efforts I do okay.

I'd suggest a blog for SEO from the start.
