I will look for the contract for you, and don't forget the other info the seller should have for you, hoa info, lead based paint, pool, termite, community info--whatever a realtor would have, I included with my contract to sell.It probably generic enough to post here.

But a generic statement I put which was approved was "I recently promoted and as I expand my career and family goals, I need to upgrade my living conditions." - Underwriting will call it taking advantage of the VA Loan if you don't have a legitimate reason for leaving the property.- Valid reasons for leaving could include PCS, needing a bigger space, not liking the area, wanting to be closer to work, or landing a new job in a different area.- You can have multiple VA Loans out at once as long as your DTI supports it, but be prepared to pay a down payment at closing once you exceed the limit

I also agree with the push towards the renovation, STRS need (and will increasingly need) more uniqueness and hooks, and a renovated historical home should beat out another generic new build for a material amount of guests/potential guests

Why don't we have generic food pantry packages of pre-determined "normal off brand/store brand" food that's determined by nutritionists at WIC (not pricey Starbucks or deli takeout) instead of food stamps to give people some incentive to get a job so they can get nicer food and coffee of their choice?
