A little background:I live in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of DC.

Hi Jin,My top 5 reasons for investing in Baltimore is:1) The Accessibility - it is a great central location and short train/bus from major markets in Philadelphia and DC and local markets like Newark/Wilmington DE, Annapolis, Frederick, Silver Spring, Columbia, Hyattsville etc. 2) The University Systems - Top Tier Schools in their respective industries like JHU, JHU Medicine, UMD Law, UMD Medicine, MICA, UMBC, Loyola.

Given the lack of inventory in neighborhoods like Petworth,and Columbia Heights, south Baltimore (SOBE) has now become sexy.

My current plan is to do research in the markets here in the Midwest, specifically KC, Columbia Mo, St.

Do any rei in the @Columbia, SC area have a recommendation for a tree service.

Thomson is showing some “green shoots” but still not close to what Columbia County is seeing.  

I am a Realtor and do most of my work in between Brentwood and Columbia.

I attended a small one in Frederick and one in Columbia HMB.

@Brandon Barnes yes...I started in Virginia but have moved my efforts to the greater Columbia area....so far so good.
