New to Tennessee/ Nashville
Hello all,
Novice investor here, but I've been looking to take the next step in my real estate investing career and need some advice on the new market area I am moving to. I am moving to an area in middle Tennessee and am looking for insider or local knowledge on market trends in the area. Consulting my data and software, Nashville looks like somewhere I would like to invest my time and money. Has anyone had success in the city or other parts of Tennessee? Any stories, examples, or information would be greatly appreciated!
Additionally, I don't know if it's normal to ask for help meeting people or companies on this website, but I will need a new set of realtors, home inspectors, GC's, etc., and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction? Most notably, in the past, I have had a lot of trouble finding realtors that would put in enough work with me, provide comparables, and find the discounted deals I needed, so if I can avoid the any of that pain in the process, I will!
Thanks to everyone!

Good luck.
