The hard part is setting up all that needs to be set up with an S-Corp (accountable plan, salary analytics, payroll, Corp minutes, etc).Likely, the best way to go about doing this is for you and your partner to each set up personal S-Corps that then take over your ownership stakes in your LLC.

Say you issue 5k, and he spends 4k on week 1, you then have to issue him 4,800 (4k + 800 GC fee for example) before week 2 starts, assuming you get all receipts, payroll reports, and an invoice.
