Little by little I'm dissipating the fog that surrounds the playing field and I'm starting to envision a path forward.My first goal in this journey is to buy a screaming deal multifamily house (4plex ideally) at a low entry point (think midwest) where I can build equity and start to build my cash flow machine. 

We were all born screaming, with blood on our hands.

Haven't looked lately, but $20k for a Kings Point condo doesn't sound like a screaming deal.

@Rufino PadillaI’m going to share what plenty of the “big boys” around my area say - if it’s a screaming deal, you can find a partner :) Are you in local FB investing groups, attending Meetup’s, looking through BP for experienced folks in your area?

They are looking for Single family homes that are vacant, fire damage, and literally anything that screams "fix me".

I love Waynesville and the market, but I'm sitting on the sidelines until this all balances out, or i get a screaming deal.

I guess you bought another washer, unless you have a lot of rentals or got a screaming deal I would think that might be a little much. 

I beat the police there and witnessed the screaming from downstairs.
