Currently, it's a 3 bed/1 bath SFH, total square footage of 1900 (per official records), but there's likely more "livable" square footage given second story space and basement that can be converted (with a lot of work).2.

I do not believe that you have to be licensed in the state of where you sent your referral, but I am not certain.I will be watching this thread closely to see what the actual answer is as I just earned my MLO license as well, and am very interested in the official ruling.Thank you for the post!

As Basit Siddiqui said, 2.9% mortgage has a big value especially with official inflation around 8-9%, you are basically getting free loan if not better.Renting will pay down your mortgage and you can tap into equity via HELOC if you need.You can also consider Airbnb if the location supports it.
