strategies to offload my primary residence in McKinney TX

Hello,

I currently live in a 2900 sq ft 4 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom brick house in McKinney, all by myself. It is a waste for one person to live in such a big house and the property tax is absurd. The new assessment is $7295.2 (county tax) + $5180.93 (MUD tax). What strategies are available for me to offload it? It will be 2 years in this June that I lived in this property and my mortgage interest rate 2.9%. Maybe I can do seller financing or mortgage transfer or rent to own? I am open to rent it out or sell it and would be happy to talk to a good real estate agent if anyone has good recommendations.

thanks,

Yong
