@Deborah Repaskey If your tenants use the internet, and you don't have enough units to justify using a cloud based system to manage your rentals, you could upload the application into docusign and have them fill it out and electronically sign it.

My other option would be for him to mail me the checks.But in this day and age, I'm curious as to if there would be other methods for my property manager to get me my rent electronically in a safe manner.
