Need Management Software- Special Criteria

We need a new property management software and need suggestions please.  With managing 300 apartments with Buildium, at $300 a month, is too expensive for just keeping track of the income side and running a couple reports. We need an inexpensive alternative that can do the following:

1. Need to import tenant payments (lock box files) in any way.

-other file imports for tenant info, etc is a plus.

2. Create users that can not view income amounts/accounts.

3. Late fees, rents automatically charged based on a policy.

I would be open to another software, hopefully something that is not tied to the number of apartments managed or just inexpensive.

We are now using a different software for accounting expenses and payment processing (ach, credit cards). Buildium is still used for tracking tenant balances (the income side), providing a rent statements and rent-rolls. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
