No tenant will want to live in a rental that is going to be under construction when they move in, and you can have an easier time renting the place with a nicely finished remodeled bathroom.

I just finished up a flip downtown and am looking for another flip, as well as good candidates for BRRRR. .

My contractor handles paint/tile/cabinets/ basic plumbing/ electrical/ lighting/ trash/ fit and finish / cleaning it up when done. 

My builder will be 100% done by middle of next week but he is getting upset that we are not able to move in (staying in an apartment now waiting for the house to finish) as the bank is asking for 1.5-2 weeks after 100% completion to book a closing date.
