I fully intend to get this in writing but she is pretty motivated to get out early. 

Sellers are motivated and the numbers are looking excellent on a 5 unit commercial property!

Sometimes a tenant will need motivated with a pay or quit notice to get them on the ball.

My motivation is renewed now because I am finally taking a permanent job in Maryland and will quit moving every couple years.

I want to connect with all my local like minded investors. just want to be around as many motivated individuals as possible.

Highly recommend joining a few real estate investment groups in the areas you're finding motivated sellers. 

Like I said earlier I am new to the area so I would love the opportunity to connect with ambitious/motivated people like myself.

You will Have to get to the US based offices of Ocwen, not the overseas people you will initially be dealing with, and it may require some payment to them to make this happen...they are not legally bound to give you this release, regardless of how much you paid the owner, since they have a valid mtg.You May have to threaten/file an action against the seller to motivate them to cooperate, if they gave you a full Warranty Deed.If the mtg now with Ocwen was placed After you bought the property, and recorded the deed, it is Not valid.
