How they keep their current home is how they will keep yours. and their car is a tell tale as well.. if this is a loser it probably wont get better you may decide to just sell and buy an asset in an area with a better tenant base and less available opportunities for rentals.. like here I parts of Oregon. its dead as well. but in the hot areas you up a rental on craigslist and you will have 40 replys in one day with 30 of them over 700 fico..
